On Thursday, October 2nd, YWCA North Central Indiana invites you to an unforgettable evening at the 2025 Tribute Gala & Auction—our signature annual fundraising event in support of women and children escaping domestic violence in St. Joseph County. The night brings together community leaders, advocates, and compassionate supporters for a powerful celebration of resilience, purpose, and collective action.
Why We Gather
Each year, hundreds of women and children seek refuge at YWCA North Central Indiana, fleeing abuse and the devastating effects of domestic violence. For many, our shelter is the first safe space they’ve known in years. More than a roof and a bed, we provide trauma-informed care, legal advocacy, counseling, and the resources necessary to rebuild lives with dignity and hope.
These survivors are our neighbors, friends, coworkers—and sometimes, the voices we don’t hear because they are still hidden in fear. The Tribute Gala is our opportunity to give them a voice, to honor their strength, and to say loudly: you are not alone.
